3D Design
When EDL Solutions delivers a completed design, it includes all the aspects of industrial design that represent the aesthetic and ergonomic aspects of the product as well as all the aspects of Design Engineering which represents the actual functionality of the products.
So, to clarify, the industrial design portion will be basic models showing the general concepts and functionality. This requires general information and approximate measurements.
The design engineering will ensure that the basic concepts established in the industrial design stage will meet all the customer’s needs for functionality, safety, and ergonomics. This stage requires detailed technical requirements and measurements. This often includes 3D models of the site created with detailed measurements. New products are then built within the newly created3D site models ensuring the newly designed products fit perfectly into the real-world application with no modifications required once they arrive On-Site. This planning and rigorous adhesion to detail guarantees quality increases safety and reduces costs. If problems arise once a product arrives on-site, costs safety, and quality are severely impacted with negative consequences.
